My guy friend says to go on Facebook and Twitter but then never goes on. I think its kind of inconsiderate and annoying. I don't like it when he does that.

Tell him that you don't like it. Its as simple as that. Maybe he has a problem getting online with his computer or something. If you confront him and make him explain you won't have to ask Yahoo Answers for an explanation to someone we don't know.
