What is a fodist and post-fordist economy. And what are the differences between them.

Dont copy and paste from google. Try explaining it in your own words which will make it easy to understand

Fordism is of course many things.
But chiefly it was the reorgaization of the manufacturing process.

It had the "unforeseen" consequence of producing workers who were unskilled. They could operate an assembly line machine, but it was the machine that was the skilled worker.

Post Fordist :
In Post-Fordist economies these things are different:
1) New information technologies are important.
2) Products are marketed to niche markets rather than in mass consumption patterns based on social class.
3) Service industries predominate over manufacturing.
4) The workforce is feminized. Because women are better ale to do repetitive tasks than men AND they get paid less than men.
5) Financial markets are globalized.
