Thanks, jenniferblaire1. You stole the words right out of my mouth. Or Lauren, you could be a hometown hero and save a kitten. Your name would be plastered on newspapers and stuff. Then people would remember you when you they are Twitter. But that would be being famous again, wouldn't it? But, I guess my point is, they are many ways to be famous- or have followers.

You Get What You Give! You follow other twitter account, out of 10 at least 5-6 people will follow you back.

follow people that interest you, and a lot of them may follow back.
use hashtags so more people can find your blog.
check out who is following your friends and follow those people because they'll most likely follow back
