How can I help my hispanic teenage daughter be a successful singer or actress in Houston Texas? Please help. She's been diabetic since she was 5, on insulin. I really want to help her with her dream.

post videos on youtube, tweet links to everyone, make her a twitter/ facebook profile, try and get her signed, play at local bars.gigs,

Millions of people have the same dream, if they have diabetes, if they don't have diabetes, or if they have something worse than diabetes.
Do her a HUGE favor and don't let her be a child/teen star. That'll just mess her up in the future.
