As one myself - HELL NO to helping you out on that. Sorry, but I am so irritated by random people sending me surveys and spam.
What I would suggest is to set up a survey on a popular blog/site to get people's attention - Facebook perhaps - its sidebar is blinded by such things anyway or a page dedicated to it etc.

My response would be that there is no such thing as an honest spammer.
