I keep thinking that I put something bad on Facebook and twitter and then deleted it and then don't remember putting it up. I know I didn't post these bad things on social media, but my mind keeps telling me that I have and I get all worried. Is this paranoia or delusional disorder? I'm so stressed by this! I feel like I can never be at peace! My mind keeps telling me I posted bad things on Facebook and twitter even though I don't remember doing it! HELPP!

it's called OCD -- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. some people with it have what's called "Pure O", which means they only have obsessions. talk to your doctor about it. medication and/or therapy can help a LOT.
