If you lived in Florida, and someone in Texas posted your breast pic on twitter, but later deleted, can you still report that person to the police and say they will give you a court date (without knowing where you live, your name, nothing?) ? wouldn't there be any evidence?

1) Can you prove that the pic is yours? (I am not certain how much they showed)
2) Part of the problem is if there is no evidence, there may not be anything to prosecute.
3) Where did they get the picture? This is important, for it you gave it to them, there is an implication about possession.
