Ive been caught spamming 5times now on twitter and its taking forever for me to get unsuspended am i permanatly suspended or not?

It's not possible to be permanently suspended from twitter unless they expel your account. You are simply just in twitter jail for a while. hannnngg in there

Normally they give you a time frame for your suspension.
If you never got one, then I would say it's permanent.
Wouldn't surprise me though, seeing that you have been caught spamming five times.
Your lucky, YT only give you three strikes and your out on your ear!

A "Suspension" by definition is, "Temporary" or has a time a limit---banishment is permanent so the short answer is: probably not--read the brief excerpt below:
"How to expedite the appeal process:
To expedite the appeal process, please check to make sure your account is currently suspended by logging in.
If your account was suspended for aggressive following behaviors, you'll need to confirm that you've removed all prohibited following automation from your account, and will stop any manual aggressive following behavior...."

So, this indicates that a suspension may be limited and your account will likely be restored either automatically or by request.
