Ok so yesterday I noticed that my twitter had been hacked. I changed my password but they still got in which probably means they are still on my account and they havent logged off. I changed it again today and deleted all outside apps. He hasnt done anything yet since I deleted the app info and changed my password again but that was only a few minutes ago. How will I know hes not on my account anymore? Is their a way I can log him out since he is probably still logged on to my acccount. What should I do? BTW Im pretty sure it's a friend playing a prank but I still want him off of it.

Change the email linked with the account. Use a different email address as well as changing the password.
Good job deleting any apps linked to it. This should solve the problem. If not your only option is to delete the account and create a new one.
