We have Dish and we want to get DVR to record shows. Do we just call them to set it up or what?

If you currently do not have DVR equipment and would like to upgrade you can contact us directly and let us know. We have different types of receivers with DVR capability depending on what you need and want. You can follow this link http://www.mydish.com/upgrades/products/receivers/?WT.svl=gsearch_results to gather information on the different type of equipment we have. If you would like to proceed with the upgrade you can contact our customer service directly or can email me at kimberly.escobar@dish.com, we would then review your account, provide you with all the details regarding the upgrade and it's requirements. If you agree with our terms we would then get the upgrade set up and have a technician visit your home to perform the install.
