Because when I reply to someones tweet I see my tweet under theirs. But when I sign into my other twitter, my reply isn't under their tweet......It says "following" under their name, im just confused why I don't see my reply under their tweet when im on another account.....

That happens to me a lot. Just a glitch. The tweet wouldn't even show up at all, and it wouldn't say following if you were being blocked.
