even facebook is offering ad post, but they charge you 10 cents per click.. same with google... but seriously.. who actually click on google ads.. i mean every time i search something on google.. I don't really pay attention to the stuff on the right side of google..

Why don't you use regular optimization techniques ...
Submit your site in free directories or in paid directories. Submit articles in different article sites with your site links in signature. Use twitter or facebook to promote your site by directly contact the customers. Use social book marking sites like delicious, dig etc to increase the traffic of your site.

Generally, unless you are a registered charity you are going to have to pay for banner ads, or PPC (Pay Per Click) or PPI (Pay Per Impression) links.
The only free way to get traffic is through organic (non-paid, natural indexing) search engine results (SERP) or building links from various sources (Blogs, Reviews, posting on places like Yahoo Answers or craigslist, etc)
To boost your SERP rankings you MUST perform some level of Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Depending on your business and the level of competition this could be as simple as good keyword laden content, proper use of the title tag and registering your site with the biggies in search to all out efforts with site navigation, purchasing older domains, massive legit link building, and on and on. try free classified sites, post your ads for free and get backlinks to your website, it will also rise your website in search results, as one of the SEO techniques,
so try cragislist / loqqad / kijiji / gumtree / backpage / etc.
