He chose another girl, so I backed off, all the while ignoring him lol. He's still e-visiting/monitoring my social media sites and posting them for his own - a YEAR LATER. So weird.

Not all us Scorpios are obsessive! I take offense from the title question lol. But I think he's just....weird...

Scorpios usually are VERY emotional, and so he'll be acting on emotion and also topping up and revisiting his emotions when visiting you via your webpages.
Better this than him having totally forgotten you, or never really connecting with you in the first place?
Don't forget also that Scorps can be very loyal - if he considered you a friend and you've done nothing to put him off being your friend, he'll be checking to see that you're ok :-)

i'm also puzzled by that attitude. i'm a Scorpio myself but i didn't really do things like that.... if i'm done with him then i'm DONE. but my ex, he choose another girl but then come back almost a year later chatting and asking me to be his girl back....... o_O

He doesn't like you hes just playing mind games with you to hold you back and confuse you and its working and all the while he's living his life while you may be on hold confusing yourself over his none existant true love for you.
