I've met this girl once and we've stayed friends over social media site(Not friend-zoned, just friends) and I know that she'd like it if I would ask her out for Valentines Day, but she goes to a different, but local, school. How do I ask her without doing over text/social media sites? [Because that's just wrong to do it those ways]

Meet her some where in the middle. Shopping mall. Call her on the phone.
