When I sign in I am told I need to up date my profile, I go to up date my profile the only choice is to ad an email I still can't get into my group

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting into your group. The issue you described sometimes happens when a person attempts to access a group for the first time while signed in under a Google or Facebook login ID. To resolve the issue, please follow the steps in this Help article:
