A level option opinions?!? - - - 02-13-2013 10:53 PM

Well, even though I only start college in September my Mum wants me to already know what I would like to take so I don't make the wrong choice.
So I was thinking of doing Law, psychology OR sociology, maths and media
I am aware that media is looked on as a 'mickey mouse' subject opinions on this? I would probably drop it after my first year I just think I would really enjoy it.
Really I just want opinions on the courses I mentioned, what they might involve, if you enjoyed them, what unis will think of them..
Anything at all is appreciated, and if you have any other sugestions of what I could take?
Thankyou

Law is GRADUATE degree, So is medicine. Choose what is right for YOU, NOT your mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, aunt, Uncle, or third cousin removed three times. Choose what is right FOR YOU. You have MORE than TWO YEARS to declare a major if you are going to a liberal arts college. I indicated 18 POSSIBLE majors that I was interested in when I started college in August 1971.

alright I have some opinions on the psychology and counseling profession. I originally graduated high school wanting to be a lawyer, but plans changed for sure. I have been interested in counseling as a profession and psychology was the degree more or less that goes along with it. There are a wide open range of things that psychologists can get involved in from mental health and disorders on the clinical side to premarital and family therapy on the social side. There is too much info to discuss here, but here are a couple of psychology resources i created for similar questions including a shameless plug for my own resource and blog website Biblical Resources and Counseling Psychology http://goo.gl/Pecfp ,

Happy hunting i hope you find the profession you are looking for, PsychMajor PHD
