So my school is like stalking Twitter. An e-mail came out that our district was gonna monitor twitter is this legal? Can they do this?

twitter is public, so your school looking at your twitter is no different than anyone else looking at it

well as anyone can look at anyone on twitter, yes they can look at your account
the simple way around this is do not use your real name for your account
