First I followed users with very big follower nos. so that my account shows at top place in that account. So people who visited that famous account also started following me. Then UN-follow the account and follow again to be at the Top of follower list. Of course you need to keep updating your account with interesting and useful updates. All the best.

to get a liam follow spamming wont work unless you have a friend with a liam follow to retweet you onto his timeline so i would suggest unfollowing him and refollowing him over and over again because he goes through his recent followers to follow fans
