Hi, all, I'm looking for a free social network builder that offers the chat builder, like Ning, except Ning isn't free. Basically, the main feature I need is a chat feature. PLEASEE don't say Spruz.
And, it's okay if you suggest a site which offers Free to Premium packages, as long as the chat feature is included under the Free package.

http://www.stargazerdate.com is built with Ning, it's actually pretty inexpensive and you should be able to monetize your network with ads to cover your costs. Also, you can probably try to build it with Joomla.

You can try the Free RumbleTalk chat
that can be added to anything (website, mini sites, blogs..etc)
