OK I came up with the idea when I was working at my laptop and my dog jumped up and hit the computer keys randomly, would this even be possible or not?? Is there a an article or paper on this because I would like to know! Thank you

I doubt it but try to teach him yourself

Teach your dog. Make a video of it. Post it on YouTube. And ta da u might get 1 million views. Might.

I;m sure with Clicker training, you could teach him to use it - but just don't let him have your credit card!
