This one girl on Facebook sent me a friend request probably like last year and I said not now or what ever. I just went on her wall now and realized that I know her and it says respond to "friend request". If I accept it now, will she be notified? Cause I don't want it to look like I was stalking her haha

Yes, she will receive a notification. Don't worry, it's nothing to be ashamed about. Some people tend to forget or ignore requests, and just at random times decide to accept them! Hope this helps!

She sent you the request, so she won't feel like you are stalking.
Yes, she will be sent a notification that says you accepted her request.
She had the option to remove that request at anytime she chose to do so.
But she chose to leave the invitation open.
