Social networking sites to expand my social circle? - help me!!! - 02-14-2013 07:18 PM
Hi, im a 24 year old girl. i dont have an FB account or orkut or google+. i rarely use a twitter account of mine just to keep in touch with the trends around the world..
it doesnt mean im not tech savvy, its just that i dont like to be associated on a site just because its branded to be cool and besides i dont want social networking to be a place where im just addicted to 'like' and 'friend'/'unfriend', tag etc;
i enjoy writing and take an interest in photography. but writing is my real passion . i want to join a good social networking site where i can connect to people who share my interests and also where i can learn.
can you please suggest me

I'd probably suggest if you aren't already on a social networking website, not to join one.
Most (or perhaps even all of them) are a complete waste of time. It's much better to meet others through other means.
