When I open my Facebook account, it redirects to advertising.? - Huma - 02-14-2013 10:48 PM
I tried to log in to my personal facebook account like always but it opened an advertising account page. I didn't do it, it happened by itself. My account is totally useless right now and its been like this for about a month. I sent at least ten emails to FB but they didn't respond to any of them. If you know what to do please help me. Thanks

1: Is this happening for all browsers?
#2: Are you already logged in (as in with the "remember me" option ) and trying to access FB leads to the ad page or can you open FB fine then logging in sends you to the ad page? If the later case I don't know much to help, but if it's the previous one it could be DNS poisoning (typing facebook.com sends you to wrong IP). In which case clear all your cache and change your DNS servers to something like OpenDNS. Then disconnect/reconnect.
Anyway, no comment on Facebook in general OR its support. *Cough*
