Hi
I recall that a software program which allows you to see instantly what questions or comments people make in forums and social media sites, depending on the keywords you search for. This allows a company to reply to any questions or offer advice in real time that relates to their business.
Does anyone know what this software is called or if there is an open source free programm for social monitoring ?
