So I want to unfollow the people that don't use their twitter accounts anymore. I used this website one time that shows you people you follow that haven't tweeted in a certain amount of days, but I can't remember what the website was called.

I suggest you unfollow everyone and follow just the people you are close or interested in. That way you will know for sure who are the active ones.
And why do you have such a big number of followers in the first place? Are you following random people in the hope some will follow back?

For each account you follow you are gonna be followed back by active people. Pretty cool and you can gain a nice number of followers without having to follow massive amounts of random people.
