I stupidly accepted the facebook spy tracker virus and now I'm sending everybody crap. How do I get rid of it?? HELP!!!

I KNOW I GOT IT TOO!!!!! try logging off thats what i did but i don't know if it will stop

Change your password and that should do it but do it fast before it goes all over the internet. It's like a chain and it spreads fast. Tell ALL your friends on your friend list NOT to open any email from you its a virus.

Hi just figured out how to delete any unwanted application on your facebook...just click on the link below...
http://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=privacy#!/settings/?tab=applications
There you may delete or change application settings...
