The Sophone is made in china and looks like the iPhone. I was wondering if it has the app store and if I can download apps like twitter, instagram, facebook, tumblr, etc. So can I?

I defy you to find ANY iPhone that is NOT made in China. As to the App store, what do you think?

The fabled King of iPhone Clones. It really depends on what the OS is. It's definitely NOT iOS, so Apple apps are out.
Supposedly latter-model SoPhones were supposed to get Android, which means that you might be able to get Android apps on there. Good luck.
