I am looking to design an entirely new website and build my brand. Very trendy, in-the-know, social media connected, and geared towards women looking to live a healthier life through food.

You do realise free lance web designers can charge up to £400 a day and take approximately a week to finish a decent website. If id of seen this 5 months from now I'd of happily done it but I'm very busy.

Actually, I'd be willing to build it for free. Two catches:
1) I'm not extremely talented, but I can get the job done
2) I can only build it, not actual design

There are lots of different sites where you could look for extremely talented web designers to hire. Check out https://www.staff.com/skill/Web+Design where you could find talented web designers that have the skills and experiences on web design. You could also look on social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook).
