I have followed 2001 people on twitter. And whenever I try to follow anyone new it just says forbidden. Help ?!?!!

Yeah you get that if you follow too many people in a day , So wait until tomorrow to follow more people

You need to gain more followers in order to follow more people. Or, you could try sitting it out and waiting a few days then trying again.

You've hit a twitter block, you can either unfollow the people who dont follow you back (i use tweepdash.com) or wait until you have gained more followers
