I prefer the name Jacob out of all the ones listed, I like it because it's more modern, and it also reminds me of the biblical Jacob, the one who wore the coat of many colors. He did good in all things, and didn't like failure either. If i could suggest a name, i would have gone with Oliver.

sounds like a Nathan to me Im not really sure why just seems fitting for this personality. Although this wasn't on the list but i think Ben is fitting as well.
