they do not have an e-mail but they do have a twitter and you can write to them and send it to their twitter, but you probobly wont get a reply, you could though, go to mychemicalromance.com,
on the side it says " Follow Us On Twitter", you have to set up an account for twitter, then go to their twitter and press the "Follow" button, then you can send them messages.
They have replied to fans before. So it is possible that they will reply to you.
And also you can sign up for the mcr website and post comments on their blog.
