can I search for a particular comment on facebook? - Critter - 02-16-2013 07:26 AM

Is there a way to search for one person's comments on your facebook pictures? Someone commented on a picture a while ago, but I can't remember what the comment was or what picture it was about. And the person doesn't remember commenting on any pictures. Is there a way to find one particular person's comments without having to scroll through EVERY picture on facebook to find it?

You can see what comments you have posted on other people's statuses, pictures, videos, etc. from the Activity Log (right below cover photo). Click on Activity Log then Comments. The dates are on the right side of the Comments page if you need to dig deeper.

Facebook content grows exponentially -- more groups, pages and posts are added each day. This might make searching for something on Facebook more difficult, but the social networking site has a search filtering system aimed at making searches easier to execute. After you make an initial search, the results are quickly narrowed by the type of content you're looking for. Facebook search allows you to search the names of pages and people, as well as publicly posted messages.
