I have a Dell All-n-One and I always try to sign out of my sister's Skype account but it tells me, "You are signed into Skype with your Microsoft account. To sign in as another person on Skype, you must also sign into Windows with another Microsoft account. To do this go to Settings, and then PC Settings." I have trying going to settings and then pc settings but I cant seem to find out how!! Help?:/

Below is information that you are needing.
Go to 'File' menu >>> Sign out.
Then in displayed Welcome screen, select appropriate account from dropdown menu and fulfill tied password's field. The file menu is to the right of SKYPE at the top of your monitor (when Skype is the active window). Click it to reveal the drop-down menu; Sign Out is the last item in the list.
