Hello, this question might seem a bit strange but there is this twitter account that is run by a person in my school and they are saying some mean things about people that I know. And I really wanted to know if there was anything I could do to find out what email was used to create this username or what was the ip address or what? Please help if there is any other way to find out who they are!!

No. Saying mean things is not illegal. Saying threatening things is. Then you could go to your teacher or to the police and they could find out who it is. They can get a court order to find the info, you can't.
