Okay here's the deal. I have an instagram account private. If I follow someone and that someone is not following me back, can they still access my profile(see my photos, see who follows me and who I follow) even though I set my profile to private but I'm following this person.

No, you can see their photos but they cant see yours.

When you follow someone on there, you will be able to see there photos only.... they will not be able to see yours unless they follow you as well.
