It's my mates birthday soon and he's a HUGE fan of football Cristiano Ronaldo (Twitter @Cristiano) so I though if I could contact him and get him to follow and mention or DM my mate on his birthday as his special day. Is there anyone or anyway I could get this done? It would make his day! I would really appreciate any help please. Thanks

it's so hard to get noticed by a celebrity, but you could spam him with tweets? or get your followers to help you out by tweeting him, or you could even ask one of the people he's following to DM him, could be worth a try, Good luck.

Just checked and saw that Cristiano has 15.1 million followers....no chance of you getting a mention noticed, even if all of your followers spam him! However, it looks like he does some "contests" where he retweets things. You could try to get his attention by replying when he first posts something - but you'd better be quick to reply!
You could also try contacting his agent or publicist or manager, or sending a snail-mail letter. Slim chance you'd get anywhere, but worth a shot.
