So when I was making a twitter, I was on my iphone and pressed find friends and it asked something about my contacts who have a twitter. So i said yes. Now I'm wondering, how to i get rid of it and prevent people from looking me up with just my contact number.

Check the contacts that are your followers on Twitter and you can keep them or delete them. Somewhere near privacy settings.
