I don't want to create a social network site just like a website that I can keep busy with and have some fun. Some names would also be helpful too thats the hardest part.

If you are crazy about to create website then you have to learn about some concepts of HTML or Designing first clear all those concepts please first.

You can think about Flash games websites. You need to do just create an attractive template - develop it and upload some nice flash - small games. After that if you promote your site then I am sure you can get ample number of traffic to your website. As well as you can earn also. So best of luck.
