Well I know of one, But hes more of a pop-star for younger kids. Justin Bieber will sometimes reply back. I think Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood, & Usher do too.

I got chris mintz-plasse to reply back, and other few minor celebs, who are VERY important to me.
The key things you've got to remember when tweeting to a celeb is that your message has to be significant and different, because lets face it loads of people write the same things to them and they will not be bothered to answer back to every single person. So write something interesting or a question they have never answered OR you could pester them like i do, keep sending the same message to them and then it will stand out and they have no choice but to reply back. What i did once was i knew this internet show host was trying to get onto Ellen (american talk show host) so what i did was i asked a question to him and supported him for ellen and wrote retweet me plz and he did just because i was supporting him to get onto ellen, so it really depends on the person. Its really sad when some celebs don't care to reply back as if we do not matter. xD
