its not like facebook right? Like I found a long lost relative that just about 3years ago seemed like she fell off the face of the earth how can O twitter her? Please answer how. I have been litteraly heart broken over this

make an account, and then find her using the search bar on twitter, follow her, and then try tweeting at her, (write @someone someone being her tag)
