...But of course, it's a bit more complicated than just turning her. She was a substitute teacher at my school briefly, though she's very young (only 6 years older than me, fresh from college). Now, we're friends on facebook, and she doesn't normally accept former students, and we've written to each other quite a few times in the past two weeks. Her appearance almost screams straight, though her "interested in" section is completely blank. I saw her on the street the other day, she got very nervous, started stuttering and blushing. So do I have a chance?

I don't think you are going to turn a straight girl. I also don't think it would be a good idea to attempt to start a relation ship with someone that age while you are still in high school. I would try to at least wait until your are out.

She clearly likes you at least as a friend, and very possibly more.
Enjoy getting to know her and flirt lightly with her. I would ask her to get together, then talk about yourself and ask her about herself. Flirt and see what happens.
You can't turn someone, but if she is at least curious, it could go somewhere. Don't rely on looks as to whether she is gay, straight or bi.
Compliment her as you flirt and tell her she is pretty.

I would question the woman's to get collectively, after that look at yourself and enquire of the woman's with regards to she is.
