I have a few "posers" on Twitter & I want everyone to know that I really am myself... But I don't know how to become certified.

Twitter doesn't allow open verifications anymore. Your best bet would be to tweet twitter @verified

The term is verified not certified.
Verification program is currently closed to the public.
You'll only get verification if you deal with identity confusion regularly on Twitter.
