Make alot of friends and network....put examples of your work online.

Invite all your friends to join. Also, you can link your page on your twitter profile to get more fans.
Send your personal firends a personal message inviting them to invite their friends. Don’t ask everyone. Just your pals who may truly be interested. Always keep your page fresh and tasty, send updates (just not boring ones), and remember, don't spam.
