Kyrgyzstan is a Central Asian country and Central Asia is in an area where the Caucasoid and Mongoloid races blend together and form a Eurasian people this is why some people there look quite Mongoloid (Chinese) an others look Caucasoid while some look evenly mixed between the two races.

Not only Kyrgyz, but Kazakh also.
They have lived together with Mongolians for a long time and have intermarried.
Their language on the other hand is close to Turkish, and Turkish people are not East Asians, quite surprising thing.
