Hi there, I hope that someone could help me, I bought my daughter a second hand mini dell from ebay in October for christmas, I put it away for safe keeping.
I went to restart it and there is a password on it from the previous owner, all the cd's were sent with the mini dell, but it has not got a drive on it could someone tell me how i ca restore this ASAP
I can not contact the previous owner as I have no details for them because of the time I bought it.
I hope someone cud help me please

Hello, I am Nitika from the Dell Social Media outreach team.
As its a Mini system which doesnot have DVD Drive.
As you have already mentioned that ther is a password on your system so we cant even go to factory image but plesae dont worry ,
If you can arrange an external drive then we can reinstall the Operating System with the help of OS DVD which you recieved with the system.
I would also suggest you to take the data back up of your system.
