How to restore Twitter accounts? - Smith - 02-18-2013 09:36 PM

Okay, I know you can restore your account. It's not impossible. I've done it before.
I recently deleted an account and I've been constantly emailing Twitter support. Where the form says 'email', it puts my old email that isn't associated with the deleted account, which is preventing the restore email from sending to the account it needs to be sent to.
Help? Advice?
Thanks!

Twitter gives you a 30 day grace period during which you can restore your deleted Twitter account. Restore your account by entering the email address or username you signed up with here.

You can also enter your old user name and password into Twitter's regular log in page and we'll tell you how to proceed.

Can't restore your account? You may be having one of the problems described here.

Usernames and deleted accounts

When you restore your account, your updates, messages, followers and followings will all be intact. If you're trying to create a new account with a username or email address attached to a deleted account, you have three options:

- Restore the old account and change the username or email information, and then re-delete it

- Wait 30 days from the date of account deletion and your information will automatically be freed.

Hope You find your information.
