Twitter provides instructions on how to add their own widgets to your site, but probably the simplest way to add a twitter feed to a Wordpress is to use a Plugin.
From WordPress dashboard, go to plugins >> Ad New plugin >> and search for "twitter".
You will find plenty to choose from, find one which meets your needs, install and activate it. Then all you probably need to do is provide your twitter address and decide where you want it displayed on your site.
