Twitter is not letting me follow anyone but its letting me unfollow. I contacted the support team and just noticed that they are having technical difficulties and haven't tweeted for 3days. Does anyone know why twitter won't let me follow anyone? I am not on a follow limit by the way but it keeps saying forbidden!
