So, I just signed in and I wanted to change my profile picture. I uploaded the picture, then nothing happened.
I thought the picture was over the maximum size even though it's not so I tried another one and It was written: No More Picture For You.
What does that mean? No more uploading profile pictures? And I'm gonna spend the rest of my life on the last picture I uploaded?!
HELP!

i had the same problem , twitter is have some Technical problems at the moment , i think twitter are trying to fix it so we can upload again
