I am English language student and i would like to meet people Face to Face in my country who study Arabic language so we can help each other to learn the language its like language excahnge ?

I'm teaching somebody Arabic and he is teaching me English
this is the best way to learn very fast

Definitely go on the Internet. You could post a classified ad in your town's newspaper (sometimes they have a "free" section) or you could go on a social networking site like http://www.6rounds.com and search for video chat partners by location.
